1 cup warm water
1 pkg of yeast
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 1/2 cups flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water add salt and sugar and oil
slowly mix in about  half of the flour when dough leaves the sides of the
bowl

Sprinkle the rest of the flour on a pastry cloth or your counter
dump the dough on to the flour and knead for a few minutes
until all the flour is absorbed , shape into a ball and cover with
a bowl and let rest for 15 minutes , place dough on a greased pizza pan
(I use olive oil for this ) and shape for a thin crust top and put in to oven
immeadatly (sp) for a thicker crust let rise in a warm place until crust is
the thickness you want.then top. Bake at 350 for aprox. 15-25 min 
depending on thickness of crust when bottem is brown crust is cooked

For a quick topping I use can of tomatoe sauce spread on dough
sprinkled with 1 tbls of oragano and sweet basil, dried onion flakes,
garlic salt, and romano and parmeasan cheese, then top with your
favoriate meats veggies and cheese .
